At 8,000 feet, altitude changes how dough behaves, and we adjust every recipe until the center turns out gooey. Order locally and your cookies arrive warm the same day. Order shipping, and we time the bake so it reaches you fresh.
What's the best way to store and reheat them?
Keep them sealed at room temperature for the next few days, or freeze them for longer. To serve warm, we suggest a few minutes in a low oven (about 100°F) or 10–15 seconds in the microwave.

Yes. Choose your schedule, monthly or quarterly, and we'll send a box of warm, Aspen-baked cookies with a personalized note. Gift it to clients and loved ones, or keep a stash for yourself. Change flavors, skip, or pause anytime.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies taste gooiest the day they arrive, and stay fresh for several days if you keep them sealed at room temperature. Freeze them to save some for later, then warm one up whenever you want it fresh from the oven again.
What ingredients do you use?
Only the good stuff. We bake with French flour (naturally lower in gluten), European grass-fed butter, and real chocolate. We skip corn syrup and seed oils entirely. Why are the cookies worth it?
Because size and ingredients set these apart. Each cookie is oversized, about as big as a 6 oz petite filet, made with French flour and European grass-fed butter, without corn syrup or seed oils. You get a bigger, higher-quality cookie, baked fresh at altitude and delivered warm.
How many cookies come in a box, and how big are they?
Build a box of 6 or 12 cookies, mixing and matching any flavors you like. Each cookie is a generous 6 oz, much larger than a standard cookie, so one is plenty. Boxes of 12 ship free.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies contain wheat (French flour), dairy (European butter), and eggs. Some flavors contain nuts, including macadamia nuts in Alpenglow. How are the cookies shipped, and will they arrive warm?
We hand-deliver local orders in Aspen and Snowmass, warm, daily between 2pm and 7pm. Everywhere else, we ship nationwide via FedEx, baked and packaged to arrive fresh. Pop them in the oven or microwave for a few seconds and they'll taste fresh from the oven again.

Yes. Ship to any address and add a personalized note at checkout, so it arrives feeling like a true gift. For corporate or bulk gifting with branded touches, contact our team, and we'll handle the details.
What's the best way to send you our customer list for corporate gifting?
We make the process as easy as possible. Internally, we use Google Docs and Google Drive, but you can also send us an Excel spreadsheet, Word document, or even a simple customer list. Many customers also include a personalized message next to each recipient's name. We handwrite those messages on an Apres cookies gift card and place it inside the box. To ensure everything fits nicely, please keep personalize messages to approximately 50 words or less.
