Born in Aspen by friends and family who live for skiing, hiking, and cookies, we started with one simple mission: solve late night cravings when nothing delivers.

What began as a shared obsession turned into a cookie recipe that hits two ways: it tastes incredible and it helps you feel better after. We bake with premium French flour, European grass fed butter, and never use corn syrup or seed oils. Not health food. Just way less guilt and way more flavor. Après Cookies started after the run. Cold hands, tired legs, boots kicked off by the door. The day was done, but no one was ready to call it. Someone poured a drink. Someone said one more. That was the moment.

We wanted a cookie that fit there. Not flashy. Not overly sweet. Just solid, comforting, and earned. Something you grab once you have actually done something worth celebrating.

How long do the cookies stay fresh? +

Why are the cookies so expensive?  +
Yes, they are expensive, because they are not regular cookies. They are oversized, big cookies, about the size of a six-ounce petite filet. We use premium ingredients like French flour and European grass-fed butter, and we never use corn syrup or seed oils. Many of the big cookie brands charge a similar price with lower-quality ingredients. Après Cookies are better ingredients and way less guilt.
