Yes. We bake fresh in Aspen at high altitude and make cookies to order so they show up warm, gooey, and exactly how they should taste.

We use premium ingredients and keep it clean. French flour, European grass fed butter, real chocolate, and we never use corn syrup or seed oils. Big cookies, better ingredients, way less guilt.

Why are the cookies so expensive?
Yes, they are expensive, because they are not regular cookies. They are oversized, big cookies, about the size of a six-ounce petite filet. We use premium ingredients like French flour and European grass-fed butter, and we never use corn syrup or seed oils. Many of the big cookie brands charge a similar price with lower-quality ingredients. Après Cookies are better ingredients and way less guilt.
