We didn't bring a cookie to aspen. we built one for aspen.
A full day on Aspen Mountain deserves better than whatever's left at the base lodge. We re-thought the recipe for altitude: French flour for a lighter crumb, European grass-fed butter, no seed oils, no corn syrup. Then we bake it that same morning, at that same elevation, so the first bite lands as warm as first chair. That's the whole reason we're up here. Everything below is the run down.

Local delivery runs 2–7pm daily across Aspen and Snowmass. Order by early afternoon for same-day warmth.
