We use premium ingredients including T65 French flour (lower gluten), European grass-fed butter, organic sweeteners, premium chocolate, no seed oils, no corn syrup, and no preservatives. Every batch is baked fresh by hand in Aspen at altitude, then packaged to create an elevated unboxing experience that feels like receiving a piece of Aspen. Local delivery runs 2–7pm daily across Aspen and Snowmass. Order by early afternoon for same-day warmth.
