Gourmet Cookies Made With No Seed Oils

Après Cookies are gourmet cookies baked fresh in Aspen, Colorado, with no seed oils in our base mix. We make them with organic T65 French flour, European grass-fed butter, and real chocolate, and we leave out corn syrup. Some mix-ins may contain other additives, so we list the ingredients for every cookie on our Allergens and Ingredients page. We ship nationwide via FedEx and hand-deliver warm in Aspen and Snowmass.

What "no seed oils in our base mix" means

Seed oils are vegetable oils pressed from seeds, such as canola, soybean, and sunflower oil. Our base cookie mix is made without them. The base mix is the dough every cookie starts from.

We are specific about this wording on purpose. Some mix-ins may contain other additives, and we do not claim that every mix-in is free of seed oils. For the ingredient list of any individual cookie, check the Allergens and Ingredients page.

What goes into an Après cookie

  • Flour: organic T65 French flour. Read more about our French flour.
  • Butter: European grass-fed butter.
  • Chocolate: real chocolate.
  • Left out: corn syrup, and seed oils in the base mix.

Every cookie is oversized, about 6 oz, and baked to order in small batches in Aspen at altitude.

Are the cookies baked fresh?

Yes. We bake every cookie to order in small batches in Aspen, so nothing sits on a shelf. They are gooiest the day they arrive and stay fresh for several days sealed at room temperature.

Where do you deliver and ship?

We hand-deliver local orders in Aspen and Snowmass, warm, daily between 2pm and 7pm. Everywhere else we ship nationwide via FedEx. Boxes of 12 ship free.

Are Après cookies good for gifts?
